Vi b&ouml;rjade med att ta ett helhetsgrepp &ouml;ver v&aring;r rekrytering och v&aring;r rekryteringsprocess. Vi har v&aring;gat testa olika metoder f&ouml;r att lyfta fr&aring;gan om f&ouml;rdomsfri rekrytering bland annat genom cv-l&ouml;sa rekryteringar och nu sist anv&auml;nde vi AI i arbetsintervjuer.
